About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Client Manager to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the provider market.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success driving client growth and satisfaction. You will lead teams across the matrix to develop approaches that increase the value we provide to clients and drive outcomes through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DEVELOP AND EXECUTE CUSTOMIZED GROWTH PLANS THAT DRIVE CLIENT SUCCESS AND MAXIMIZE REVENUE GROWTH.
  • PARTNER WITH SALES, OPERATIONS, PRODUCT, AND TECHNOLOGY TEAMS TO ALIGN ON CUSTOMER PLANS AND PRIORITIES AND DRIVE OUTCOMES THROUGH COLLABORATION.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 to $195,000, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.
