Client Relationship Specialist

The Account Director plays a vital role in managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and driving business growth at Motive.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for mapping resources, building strategic marketing plans, and aligning client expectations with creative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and account activities.
- Develop strategic marketing plans and ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality work.
- Promote business growth through organic partnerships and thought leadership.
- Lead big idea thinking sessions and ideate concepts with the team.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned clients' businesses and industry landscapes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of integrated advertising agency experience.
- A passion for sports and culture, with experience working on brand/sports partnerships.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Confidence in leading, building relationships, and stewarding award-winning work.
- A love for collaboration and a strong 'self-starter' mentality.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and market. We offer flexible paid time off, low-cost health plans, and more.
