About This Role:

We are seeking a Client Success Assistant to undertake various administrative and client service responsibilities. The Client Success Assistant will be tasked with managing schedules, tracking deliverables, conducting research, and facilitating communication among team members. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to operate independently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Oversee client deliverables.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
  • Format communications for internal and external purposes, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with business software such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of a 4-year college/university degree.
