About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Performance Management Solutions Architect to join our team at Baker Hughes Holdings LLC. As a key member of our Commercial Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans for complex product lines, aligning capabilities to specific outcomes, and creating reference architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex long-term sales processes, handling important business unit clients and signing contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional Cordant APM and Engineering services.
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on asset reliability/APM solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Cordant solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture for Asset Performance Management.
  • Great understanding of reliability engineering principles, maintenance strategies, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with APM software solutions, CMMS, EAM systems, and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and document, plan, market, and execute programs.
