Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Developer at FabricAir, you will be instrumental in generating and nurturing leads, advocating for our advanced HVAC ventilation products, and building connections with key stakeholders in the industry.

Your duties will encompass:

  • Lead Development: Identify and cultivate leads within the HVAC sector, utilizing tools such as Lead Inbox, Spec Logger, Insight, and others to ensure precise contact information in our CRM PipeDrive.
  • Engagement and Meetings: Conduct outbound communications, including calls and emails, to connect with engineers, architects, and influential decision-makers. Your role will involve arranging initial meetings to present our products and convey their distinct advantages. You will also take part in these meetings to facilitate a seamless transition of the relationship to our Territory Sales Managers.
  • Data Oversight: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, providing regular updates and reports on lead generation activities.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, sharing insights and aligning lead generation initiatives with broader strategies.

You are visionary, articulate, and capable of translating complex information into actionable solutions. You possess a strong overview and excel in prioritization and innovative problem-solving. You enjoy acquiring new knowledge and mastering specific domains. A positive and results-oriented attitude is essential.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the HVAC industry.
  • Familiarity with lead management tools such as Lead Inbox, Spec Logger, Insight, and CRM systems.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a proactive approach to outreach and scheduling meetings.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate data management.
