Job Overview

Position Summary:

The role focuses on enhancing the technical knowledge and skills of call center personnel and service providers. This includes the creation of technical documentation and the provision of technical assistance. The position aims to establish a robust technical support framework, a comprehensive training and certification system, and to elevate the skills and standards of personnel to deliver more efficient and cost-effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in technical training sessions at headquarters, adapt and translate technical materials from English to Spanish.
  • Facilitate regional training initiatives, develop training plans, and oversee training quality across various countries, addressing key challenges in terminal maintenance.
  • Leverage regional resources to promote technology sharing, training opportunities, and competitions.
  • Create a regional training and certification framework for technical managers, engineers, and agents; design annual plans to foster enthusiasm for learning among technical staff.
  • Review and enhance after-sales technical materials for new product launches, develop training plans, and coordinate their execution.
  • Continuously advance personal technical expertise, improve consulting capabilities, and address technical upgrade issues reported by international teams.
  • Innovate maintenance tools, IT solutions, and processes to enhance maintenance efficiency and response times.
  • Monitor technical KPIs across countries, analyze performance gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of R&D prototypes and participate in product reviews, providing insights on quality and maintenance risks.
  • Lead efforts to enhance national technical support, training, and certification systems, improving the overall service quality in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in appliance training and technology, preferably with leading competitors.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • In-depth knowledge of household appliance products, maintenance tools, processes, and common technical issues.
  • Competent in MS Office and video editing, capable of developing and adapting training materials based on identified needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure effective implementation of training and certification initiatives.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with strong execution capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and conduct on-site training and certification activities.
  • Open-minded, innovative, and willing to explore new technologies, tools, and processes.
