  • Lead Development: Identify and cultivate leads within the HVAC sector, utilizing tools such as Lead Inbox, Spec Logger, Insight, and others to ensure precise contact information in our CRM PipeDrive.
  • Engagement and Meetings: Conduct outbound communications, including calls and emails, to engage with engineers, architects, and decision-makers. Your role will involve arranging initial meetings to present our products and convey their distinct value. You will also participate in these meetings to facilitate a seamless transition of the relationship to our Territory Sales Managers.
  • Data Oversight: Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions, providing regular updates and reports on lead generation activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, sharing insights and aligning lead generation strategies with broader objectives.

You are visionary, articulate, and capable of translating complex information into actionable solutions. You possess a strong overview and excel in prioritizing tasks and creative problem-solving. A passion for learning and mastering specific domains is essential. A positive and results-oriented attitude is crucial.

To thrive in this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the HVAC industry.
  • Proficiency in lead management tools such as Lead Inbox, Spec Logger, Insight, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive approach to outreach and meeting coordination.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
