Job Overview

Position Summary:

The role focuses on enhancing the technical expertise and skills of service providers and call center personnel. This includes the creation of technical training materials and the provision of technical assistance. The aim is to establish a robust technical support framework, along with a training and certification system, to elevate the skill sets and standards of personnel, thereby delivering more efficient and cost-effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in technical training initiatives at headquarters, adapt and translate training materials from English to Spanish, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
  • Develop and execute regional training strategies, overseeing the quality of training across various countries, while addressing key challenges in terminal maintenance.
  • Facilitate the sharing of technology and training resources at a national level, including organizing competitions to foster skill development.
  • Create a comprehensive training and certification framework for technical managers, engineers, and agents, with annual planning to encourage continuous learning.
  • In alignment with new product launches, assess the quality of after-sales technical documentation and devise training plans for effective implementation.
  • Commit to personal technical development, enhancing consulting capabilities to address technical upgrade inquiries from international partners.
  • Innovate maintenance tools, IT solutions, and processes to boost efficiency in maintenance and support services.
  • Track and analyze technical performance indicators across countries, identifying gaps and implementing improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of prototypes and product reviews, providing insights on quality and maintenance risks.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance national technical support, training, and certification systems, elevating the overall service quality in the region.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training and technology within the home appliance sector, preferably with leading competitors.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of household appliance products, maintenance techniques, and common technical issues.
  • Competence in computer applications, including MS Office and video editing, with the ability to develop and adapt training materials based on specific needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure effective execution of training and certification programs.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong ability to implement plans effectively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and conduct on-site training and certification activities.
  • Open-minded, innovative, and eager to explore new technologies and processes.
