Job Summary

Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Service Advisor to provide technical support to contractors and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to communicate complex technical information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone and email to contractors and customers
  • Solve complex technical problems associated with HVAC equipment
  • Communicate with Service Managers and Supervisors to resolve issues
  • Read and understand wiring schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams
  • Provide technical information to a network of Diamond Service Group members
  • Assist in rework of product, including factory software rewriting
  • Develop knowledge of internal METUS programs
  • Test new service-related tools
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years HVAC graduate Technical College (Preferred)
  • Minimum Three (2) years field experience
  • NATE Certified (Preferable)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player demonstrating METUS core values
