Sales Development Representative Expert

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development team at GrowTech Industries, LLC. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in creating new business opportunities through lead generation and appointment setting.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including databases, social media, and market research.
- Outreach and Qualification: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products or services and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule introductory meetings for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
- Relationship Building: Attend in-person networking events, meetings, and industry conferences to build relationships with prospects and maintain accurate records of outreach activities, interactions, and lead status.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Ability to travel up to 85% of the time as needed for in-person networking and meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
