Oncology Business Growth Manager

Astera is looking for an Oncology Business Growth Manager to join our team in Northern/Central New Jersey. In this role, you'll be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to maintain and increase referrals from healthcare providers within your designated territory. You'll need to utilize data analysis tools like Salesforce and OneAnalytics to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted outreach plans.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new referral networks while building strong relationships with current referring physicians.
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with referring providers and/or their office staff through various channels.
- Analyze market trends and develop territory plans using Salesforce and OneAnalytics.
- Monitor and report on new patient growth and achieve predetermined growth objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$105,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the region. If you have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in oncology or the healthcare industry, we invite you to apply.
