Customer Service Coordinator

Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is a leading provider of relocation and distribution services. As a Customer Service COD Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire move process. You will be the main point of contact for external customers and transferees, and will act as a liaison between our participating agents and the Berger team.

Responsibilities include:

* Coordinating origin agent moves and working with agents, customers, and the Berger team to schedule and monitor shipments
* Managing inbound shipments and working with agents, customers, and the Berger team to schedule deliveries
* Providing accurate information and service to internal and external customers, working in conjunction with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Coordinators
* Monitoring and tracking pending and will-advise orders, including entering information about scheduling, cancellations, and inactive orders

The successful candidate will have:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong time management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Dedication to providing a positive, memorable experience for each customer
