**POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR, MONTBLANC**

Montblanc, a prestigious international luxury goods company, specializes in the design, manufacture, distribution, and sale of high-end jewelry, timepieces, leather goods, writing instruments, fragrances, and ready-to-wear fashion.

The Retail Customer Service Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding after-sales service experience for our retail boutiques. This position involves the systematic management of the after-sales portfolio within the retail network. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication abilities, a commitment to achieving quality outcomes, and a strong dedication to meeting deadlines. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate resilience and adaptability while fostering a positive and professional work environment.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Efficiently processing repairs from initiation to completion, coordinating with vendors for systematic management.
  • Overseeing the luxury brand after-sales email correspondence.
  • Handling incoming calls from boutiques and providing necessary support.
  • Establishing enduring relationships through effective first contact resolution.
  • Managing daily spare parts order processing.
  • Facilitating communication with the factory.
  • Responding to vendor inquiries regarding feedback and updates on parts orders, as well as providing additional support as required.

**Qualifications:**

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Quick learner capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred.
