Our company is growing, and we are seeking a Customer Service COD Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is a crucial member of our Operations team, responsible for managing the entire move process.

Responsibilities include:

* Coordinating origin agent moves and working with agents, customers, and the Berger team to schedule and monitor shipments
* Managing inbound shipments and working with agents, customers, and the Berger team to schedule deliveries
* Providing accurate information and service to internal and external customers, working in conjunction with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Coordinators
* Monitoring and tracking pending and will-advise orders, including entering information about scheduling, cancellations, and inactive orders

The successful candidate will have:

* A High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Amazing organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong time management skills
* Comfortable working in a multitasking, fast-paced work environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, making quality, time-sensitive decisions
* Dedication to providing each customer with a positive, memorable experience
