Job Summary

The Supply and Matching Coordinator TEMP is a key support role within the workshop, responsible for managing the workshop process flow in a timely manner by adhering to company objectives. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage repair matching processes to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and manage kit box inventory to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Allocate and manage repair flow to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and colleagues to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Maintain operational standards and resolve problems efficiently.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with SAP/Oracle experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking ability to handle multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
