Company Overview: CornerStone Staffing is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to enhance our service delivery to clients and healthcare providers.

Work Environment: This position is fully remote, with candidates required to reside in the DFW area.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $18.50.

Work Schedule: The role offers part-time shifts, with the following options:

  • Friday and Saturday - 12 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Friday and Saturday - 2 PM to 11 PM
  • Monday and Saturday - 10 AM to 8:30 PM

Contract Duration: This position is expected to last for 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for telehealth operations, addressing customer service inquiries, administrative tasks, and scheduling requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy personnel to ensure seamless access to medical and emotional support services.
  • Manage incoming communications through calls, texts, emails, chats, and tickets, addressing customer concerns and coordinating referrals, prescription refills, and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Strong customer service aptitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Proven experience working from home is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a call center environment is necessary.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
