Facilities Engineer Position

Job Overview:
As a Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the management and upkeep of building systems at Providence Regional Medical Center. This position is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are dedicated to maintaining high standards of facility operations.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a swing shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, rotating weekly between Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and associated equipment.
- Ensure the functionality of electrical, mechanical, environmental, and utility systems.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in facilities management.
- Basic mechanical skills and aptitude.

Preferred:
- Experience in building construction, maintenance, and repair, particularly in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems.
