Our expertise encompasses all facets of systems integration, including electrical design, instrumentation, control panel fabrication, programming, and commissioning.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in the development and programming of process control systems. Responsibilities include implementing control strategies, designing control panels, specifying instrumentation, and programming standard PLC/HMI systems. The role requires adaptability to both office and field environments, along with some domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modify and develop PLC programming based on control strategies and specifications.
  • Program HMI/SCADA systems from standalone to redundant distributed configurations.
  • Lead system design and development for smaller projects.
  • Design control panels and specify components, including comprehensive drawing packages.
  • Oversee the creation of system specifications and operational sequences based on client needs.
  • Assist in developing control narratives and cause/effect diagrams.
  • Create testing plans for both factory and site evaluations.
  • Specify and configure necessary instruments.
  • Conduct commissioning of systems, which may involve remote travel.
  • Perform and lead system commissioning and field support activities.
  • Prepare specifications for the procurement of software and servers.

Required Experience:

Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems is essential.
