Key Responsibilities:
  • Over 15 years of experience in OEM roles focusing on aircraft change management and refurbishment coordination.
  • Establish and uphold product structure definitions, naming conventions, and identification protocols.
  • Evaluate data from various sources, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Formulate, document, and execute configuration management methodologies.
  • Oversee the change management process effectively.
  • Integrate and synchronize design and configuration data necessary for certifications and flight clearance.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to support strategic business decisions.
  • Summarize insights and develop actionable recommendations to enhance product offerings.
  • Exhibit strong project management capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication across all leadership levels.
  • Facilitate teamwork through influential leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through established yet adaptable processes.
  • Maintain a flexible and sustainable approach to problem-solving, ensuring long-term solutions.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and challenge the team to explore new ideas.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of engineering principles and systems-level analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, ECAS, IBEX, ACMS, CPS, DCCS, and/or IVX.

Change Management:
  • Assess and analyze aircraft change proposals, modifications, and enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive plans and timelines for implementing changes in existing aircraft systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to review design and technical documentation associated with changes.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards for all changes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies for proposed modifications.

Refurbishment Oversight:
  • Supervise the refurbishment of aircraft interiors, systems, and components.
  • Develop refurbishment strategies, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost projections.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts and services.
  • Monitor refurbishment processes to guarantee adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
  • Address any issues or deviations during refurbishment and implement corrective measures.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain precise and current documentation of all change management and refurbishment activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to management.
  • Ensure that all changes and refurbishments are documented in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct inspections and reviews to ensure that changes and refurbished components meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team for final inspections and certifications.
  • Implement continuous improvement practices based on feedback and performance evaluations.

Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay informed about changes in aviation regulations and standards relevant to change management and refurbishment.
  • Ensure all activities comply with aviation authority regulations and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal departments, including engineering, maintenance, and customer service, to coordinate change and refurbishment activities.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and vendors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
