We're currently searching for a Senior Business Development Manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results and grow our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, builds our pipeline, and strengthens prospect relationships. They will proactively seek out business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.

Position Summary:
Phaedon is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to work within a strong and innovative team environment on our Growth team. As a product and services organization, Phaedon seeks candidates with a track record of developing and selling across a suite of digital offerings: CXT, analytics, SaaS loyalty product, and related professional services. This involves direct outreach, building and proactively managing new business, developing net-new pipelines, and negotiating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement an integrated sales strategy that prioritizes growth.
  • Identify, develop, and conduct direct outreach to key decision makers within target prospects.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects resulting in growing the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and report on sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, technology, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in proactive complex sales and pipeline building with strong communications skills.
  • Excellent networking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $127,500 - $172,500.
  • An incentive package for this role.
