Job Title: Senior Production Business Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Business Manager to join our team at WPP PLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the business affairs of our productions, ensuring that all aspects of the production process are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the business affairs of productions, including budgeting, scheduling, and talent negotiations
* Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure the viability of creative concepts
* Work with internal finance to ensure accurate estimates and actuals
* Provide producers and client teams with accurate estimates for talent session fees, usage, and all other talent and music related costs of production

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Affairs and/or Production working at an Advertising Agency
* Excellent verbal, written, and overall communication skills
* Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player
* Skilled creative, confident presenter, and demonstrated strong negotiator
* Demonstrated budget and scheduling management skills
* Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
