Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our fencing business to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and installation processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and develop growth strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze business results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within the construction or fencing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
