Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at ProActivate. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our clients in the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase penetration within existing customer bases and identify net new business opportunities.
- Meet revenue expectations by cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
- Lead multi-year contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for sustained growth.
- Utilize social selling tools such as LinkedIn for prospecting.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development and growth in the CAE industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
