The role of a Priority Bid Proposal Manager is crucial in the realm of government consulting. We are seeking a seasoned proposal professional to leverage your expertise in contract management, communication, and strategic planning throughout our proposal development process, where your impact will be highly visible.
In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership of the Aerospace Account, Market Delivery Teams, Aerospace Capture Team, and your Aerospace Sales colleagues. Your proficiency in managing the Requests for Proposals (RFP) process, developing winning solutions and arguments, designing proposal value, and crafting management plans will be essential. You will oversee the creation and evaluation of proposal content, including technical management, staffing, cost analysis, and showcasing past performance.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering compliant and professionally crafted Federal Government proposals within defined timelines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force acquisitions.
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams.
- Experience in Opportunity Capture.
- Ability to coach teams in effective proposal content generation.
- Skill in developing compelling win arguments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Critical thinking abilities applicable to diverse challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:
