Job Title: Technical Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Proposal Specialist to join our team at Innomotics LLC. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The Technical Proposal Specialist will be responsible for preparing technical proposals for our Customer Service Portfolio Products, including Time & Material Services, Upgrades, Parts, and more. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical proposals for Customer Service Portfolio Products
  • Resolve specific scope BOM and support hours for onsite service proposals
  • Prepare cost calculations for Service Proposals
  • Meet proposal-related deadlines
  • Support Internal and External Sales Teams with Proposal-related requests
  • Support Customer Service Advocate Team with Service Order-related requests
  • Review Purchase Orders and provide support to the Order Controlling Team
  • Support Business Development Team on new customer offerings
  • Partner with various technical resources within Innomotics, customers, and vendors
Requirements:
  • BS in Engineering
  • Proficiency working in an Engineering support role
  • Understanding of Commercial aspects of proposal writing
  • Validated customer support experience
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt/respond to different customer needs
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
