FAS Account Service Representative at Wildman Business Group LLC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the delivery of products to clients.
  • Preparing the vehicle with merchandise for upcoming delivery schedules.
  • Utilizing a handheld device to confirm daily billing and invoicing.
  • Monitoring client inventory to ensure precise delivery and billing amounts.
  • Resolving customer service inquiries and contributing to client retention efforts.
  • Completing all required documentation on a daily basis.
  • Enhancing sales by identifying additional opportunities during routes.
  • Assisting with various operational tasks including installations, warehouse duties, local deliveries, and special requests.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any maintenance concerns to the Fleet Manager.
  • Managing DOT logs, conducting vehicle inspections, and preparing for adverse weather conditions.
  • Executing other assigned responsibilities as needed.
  • Working during weekdays.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with a For-hire endorsement is essential.
  • Successful completion of a DOT physical examination is required.
  • Passing a drug and alcohol screening is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail to prevent customer loss due to inaccuracies.
  • Proficiency in using various tools such as handheld devices, keyboards, and telephones.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization.

Physical Demands:

  • Requires significant physical effort.
  • Extended periods of sitting may be necessary.
  • Job involves standing, bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and driving.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
  • Familiarity with using handheld computers and telephones.
  • Wearing gloves is recommended.

Environmental Conditions:

  • Working in various outdoor temperatures throughout the year.
  • Exposure to extreme heat, cold, and odors may occur.
