Position Summary:

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for managing customer order processes with a focus on delivering exceptional service. This role requires the ability to navigate complex order scenarios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in utilizing our ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
    Oversee both routine and complex customer order activities, applying best practices to maintain high service quality. This includes managing automated systems with accountability and thorough follow-up.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    Act as a champion for customer needs, anticipating future requirements and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and resource management.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Utilize various systems and technologies, including SAP and Document Control Systems, to execute complex workflows. A solid understanding of supply chain processes is essential.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Identify and leverage resources to enhance customer success, demonstrating persistence in overcoming challenges and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Accountability:
    Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in addressing issues and removing obstacles, prioritizing actions based on impact.

Qualifications:
