Role of the Fitness Sales Manager

Our Fitness Sales Managers lead, coach, and manage our club sales department. They support and facilitate our monthly sales promotions and marketing plans while taking a hands-on approach in promoting and selling club memberships to individuals and corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales promotions and marketing plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting monthly goals.
  • Previous experience in a health club environment is preferred but not required.
  • 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 annually ($50,000 base salary, sales commission, bonuses, and incentives) based on experience, qualifications, and personal production.
