We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager - CPG Beverage to join our team in the Colorado region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across key accounts in the West Coast region for FMCG Clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across key accounts in the West Coast region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise establishments to ensure brand loyalty and consistent product placement.
- Assist in managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expanding product presence and increasing sales volume.
- Support the execution of marketing and promotional activities, including in-store tastings, events, and brand activations to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and account developments to the Sales Director.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team, marketing, and operations departments to ensure successful product launches and sales campaigns.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, or CPG industry.
- Proven ability to execute sales strategies and achieve targets, with a strong understanding of distributor and retailer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and support others in achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with the alcohol industry, market dynamics, and competitors in the region.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the West Coast to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
