We are currently seeking a CYBERSECURITY CONTROL EVALUATOR / SECURITY ARCHITECT to support the TRMC in a full-time capacity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Deputy EA for DoD Cyber Test Ranges in carrying out TRMC CIO-related responsibilities.
  • Manage Test IT Infrastructure to minimize redundancy and control operational expenses.
  • Evaluate all IT Infrastructure for the command and aid the CIO in formulating an IT strategy.
  • Conduct reviews of all systems to ensure compliance with FISMA requirements and alignment with the TRMC IT Strategy.
  • Supervise all Cross Domain Services and Multi-Level Security Requirements in collaboration with TRMC Cybersecurity.
  • Assess and validate RMF packages, including ATOs and IATTs, pertinent to the systems, sites, and/or networks in support of cyber test activities.
  • Support the administration and daily operational needs of computer network systems that underpin the National Cyber Range Complex for cyber test activities.
  • Contribute to the development of a Zero Trust Implementation Plan for TRMC.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of a master's degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive background in network security, ATO, and IATT development and approval processes.
  • Thorough understanding of IT, IA, DoD Accreditation processes, and cybersecurity strategies.
  • Expertise in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Risk Management Framework.
  • Senior-level technical proficiency with specialized experience in cybersecurity and interoperability for complex hardware, software, automated information systems, and distributed T&E.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities in areas such as Cybersecurity Concepts, Architecture Principles (DoDAF), Security of Networks, Applications, and Data, and Security Implications of Emerging Cyber Technology.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-service environment.
  • Must possess an active TS security clearance.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Starting salary at $165,000, commensurate with education, experience, and skills.
