Job Summary

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for all hotel guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and checking-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing front desk operations, including handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and satisfaction
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
