Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team at HHM Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage guest accounts, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, front office staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Process room bookings, answer inquiries, and provide information on hotel amenities and services.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent.
