Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a holistic people strategy that supports the company's growth and success
- Lead the People Operations and Recruiting teams to identify and attract top talent
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices throughout the organization
- Contribute to organization design and processes to support Airbyte's rapid growth and hybrid remote culture
- 8+ years of people/HR experience, including talent management and talent acquisition/recruiting
- 4+ years of startup experience
- Previously owned the People strategy at a hyper-growth SaaS company
- Proven track record in leading both People Ops and Recruiting functions at a startup with 200+ employees in a hybrid globally distributed remote culture
- Deep knowledge of best practices in core talent/HR domains: DEI, learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition, and remote culture
- Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
- Superior interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
