Your Role

We're seeking a highly experienced VP of Product Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our product portfolio and driving market penetration. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a talented team of product marketers to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our offerings in the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our SaaS solutions in the data security and data protection domain.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, battle cards, product documentation, website content, and thought leadership content.
  • Drive the creation of compelling content assets, such as datasheets, product videos, and blog posts, to educate and engage prospects and customers.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing SaaS products to market, preferably in the data security or cybersecurity domain.
  • Salesforce ecosystem experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software markets, buyer personas, and purchasing dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
