About the Role

Golin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Influencer to join our team of digital strategists, creatives, and analysts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving best-in-class influencer campaigns and strategies that deliver high-impact results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with integrated Golin team leaders to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategy and work
  • Develop and optimize strategic influencer strategies to align with client goals and objectives
  • Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships, providing strong counsel on best practices
  • Identify solutions and work with teams to drive client success and grow relationships
  • Execute brand-level influencer marketing strategies and communicate them effectively
  • Serve as an expert in fully integrated public relations and digital/social programs
  • Cultivate a culture of support, growth, and partnership among team members
  • Serve as an ambassador of Golin's capabilities in organic and new business opportunities
  • Take a leadership role in business growth and targeting efforts
  • Manage financials, including budgets, billing, projections, and staffing
  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to direct reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 10-12 years of experience driving and executing digital/social media/influencer marketing campaigns
  • Passion for client service and ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large, fully integrated teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
  • Poise and calm under pressure, with a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner
  • Confidence in presenting to various groups and situations
  • Solutions-oriented mindset
