Job Opportunity

Serve as a key member of our culinary team, providing direction and training to team members. This role oversees all back-of-house operations, including food production for the restaurant and FIREBAR. We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef who excels in leadership, communication, and time management.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on quality food production and exceptional service.
  • Accountable for inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to ensure team success.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
