The Junior Client Relations Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities and provide assistance to customers throughout the sales process, ultimately driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess resourcefulness, analytical skills, adaptability, and strong organizational abilities, along with a talent for building rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Client Relations Manager:

  • Support senior management in account oversight by acting as a representative for our clients, directly presenting and promoting company offerings to both new and existing customers.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their needs are thoroughly understood and addressed, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Generate business opportunities by employing strategic sales techniques, including customer development and relationship management.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain proficiency in the products and services provided by our clients.
  • Evaluate customer needs to recommend the most suitable services and assist the sales team during the activation process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to surpass sales targets and respond to inquiries promptly.

Qualifications for the Junior Client Relations Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or business management is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, client support, or entry-level sales roles.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to address objections effectively.
  • Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Capable of establishing trust and collaborating with colleagues both internally and externally.
