Job Overview

This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional client services and onboarding new clients/assets to guarantee accurate compensation through the company's systems.

The position involves collaboration across departments and with team members to ensure timely and error-free completion of tasks.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify complex information for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of SREC, REC, AEC, and other renewable energy markets across various states.
  • Familiarize yourself with the intricate state solar and renewable energy certification regulations and processes.
  • Comprehend how Xpansiv CBL serves system owners (clients) and solar installers/project developers (partners) within the relevant state(s) and market(s).
  • Accurately process incoming renewable energy project applications in a timely manner.
  • Review application materials and communicate with clients and partners via phone and email for any additional information.
  • Assist in the state certification process for solar and/or other renewable systems to engage in state renewable energy programs.
  • Coordinate the registration of state-certified systems in the appropriate tracking registry.
  • Deliver prompt and outstanding daily client services through phone and email.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, explaining the application process and the company’s offerings.
  • Facilitate client understanding and usage of the Xpansiv CBL online platform.
  • Provide solutions to client and partner inquiries regarding applications, account creation, account status, and transactions.
Requirements

A High School Diploma or Equivalent certification is required.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, characterized by a friendly demeanor and welcoming presence with clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume client service environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and undertake ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF programs, and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
