This division collaborates with all Brokerage sectors and engages with various departments across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and directives from the Operating Committee and Board of Directors. The Operations team enjoys a unique perspective, as it interacts with all facets of the business, from front to back. As one of the largest divisions within the firm, Operations is tasked with a wide array of responsibilities, including the accurate settlement and documentation of millions of transactions daily, identifying and mitigating operational risks, fostering strong client relationships, and partnering with technology to maximize the potential of IT and electronic solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily communication with clients regarding their accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues through various channels, including regular interaction with trading desks, sales teams, and middle office groups to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Manage relationships with clients and business units effectively.
  • Address client inquiries related to account positions, corporate action bookings, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with operational management, sales, and trading desks to mitigate risks through effective communication and escalation.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proactive and self-driven with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and diligent follow-up are essential.
