About the Role

BizFirst is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with our clients to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance their business operations and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Solution Implementation: Deliver insights on the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM and customer service tools to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide expert guidance on best practices for tool adoption, ensuring seamless integration into clients' existing systems, and conduct training sessions for client teams to maximize tool usage and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze tool performance, offering recommendations for enhancements to improve customer interaction and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Work closely with client teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions and monitor and report on the success of implemented strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on customer experience and solution implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) for evaluating customer engagement and feedback, and knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) for effective coordination of customer experience initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
