Role Overview:
The Client Manager is accountable for delivering BSI's audit services to designated clients, ensuring compliance with all BSI, scheme, and regulatory standards. This role guarantees timely and cost-effective service delivery, meeting the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with qualifications and contract stipulations as outlined by Planners.
  • Engage with clients to confirm appointments, plan assessments, arrange travel, execute assessments, and manage reporting outcomes.
  • Oversee client accounts to ensure accurate record-keeping, visit schedules, invoicing, and related activities to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Follow the training roadmap established by the Scheme Director to achieve assessor and Lead Assessor qualifications, based on the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Lead audit teams when required, providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues to fulfill business objectives.
  • Participate in mandatory training and adhere to all BSI procedures, policies, and processes related to client management and remote office operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support assessment delivery goals.

Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering/Technology or a relevant college degree (AA or higher) or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.

Certification as an Auditor to International Standards, including:

  • IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.

Familiarity with EHS (ISO 14001 & ISO preferred) and a general understanding of management system auditing practices.

Experience in third-party audits is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $91,000.00 to $123,860.00 annually, with actual compensation determined by various factors, including competencies, experience, education, location, and internal comparisons.
