Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional quality, value, and service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance value, broaden service areas, and optimize performance.
  • Oversee the business and contractual dimensions of client projects and operational services provided to the DHS.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for any programmatic or contractual challenges that arise.
  • Ensure the achievement of all business objectives while collaborating with clients to streamline processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate business updates to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support clients in process improvement initiatives and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Stay informed about Peraton's offerings and services to provide strategic guidance to the DHS.
  • Develop and leverage existing relationships to foster new connections and secure meetings with clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison during the transition from Task Order execution to project initiation.
  • Facilitate client briefings to ensure alignment with Peraton's capabilities and the client's innovation goals.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and track progress effectively.
  • Assess content challenges and effectiveness, devising optimal content strategies for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret Clearance are mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client advocacy or engagement role within federal DHS environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Capability to objectively address client concerns while advocating for their interests.
  • Proficient in producing clear and concise technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 Certification.
  • PMP Certification.
