Client Relationship Manager

The British Standards Institution (BSI) is seeking a dedicated Client Manager to oversee the delivery of our audit services to designated clients, ensuring compliance with all BSI standards, scheme requirements, and regulatory obligations. This role is pivotal in providing timely and cost-effective service delivery that meets our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct a variety of audits, serving as either Team Leader or Team Member, to evaluate client systems and processes against BSI standards.
2) Prepare comprehensive assessment reports, clearly communicating findings to clients to facilitate understanding and outline necessary corrective actions.
3) Recommend the issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal of certifications in line with BSI policies and procedures.
4) Maintain overall accountability for assigned client accounts, fostering effective partnerships and ensuring high-quality service delivery and account expansion.
5) Lead assessment teams, ensuring all members are well-informed to maintain service quality and effective collaboration with clients.
6) Provide timely and accurate information to support services, ensuring client records are complete and up-to-date.
7) Mentor and coach colleagues, particularly those who are new or less experienced, to enhance their understanding of client business and technology.
8) Strategically plan and schedule workloads to optimize time management and maximize revenue-generating activities.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent certification or work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in information technology, with at least 2 years in a role related to information security.
- Familiarity with management system auditing practices.
