We are seeking a skilled and passionate General Manager to lead our team of coffee and tea experts. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests and driving store growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a coffee and tea expert, sharing your passion with the team and guests.
  • Generate new guests and build a loyal customer base.
  • Care about safety, maintaining a safe store environment and healthy employees and guests.
  • Manage a profitable store, tracking sales and overseeing day-to-day operations and risk management.
  • Be creative, visual merchandising and product placement to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Be an advocate, building the store presence by connecting with the local community.
  • Be a mentor, sharing knowledge and embodying CBTL guiding principles.
