About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with Account Executives to help prospects evaluate Kixie and drive deals forward. Your expertise in asking open questions and uncovering customer pain points will be essential in crafting tailored solutions to novel problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consultation to trial and paid customers
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS reps to address customer requirements and drive revenue
  • Design and implement custom integrations, automation, and reporting between Kixie and its integration partners
  • Document customer use cases and custom solutions for the Customer Success team
  • Work with engineering to develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs
Requirements
  • CRM admin experience, especially in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of REST API, webhooks, and iPaaS (Zapier, Integromat, etc)
  • Knowledge of VoIP, audio engineering, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Proven background in sales or customer success
