Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Barista Trainee. As a Barista Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and mastering the art of coffee-making, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master the art of coffee-making, including brewing, roasting, and grinding
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including answering questions and making recommendations
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our cafes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
