- Operational Efficiency: Prepare work schedules, manage front desk operations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and efficient hotel operations.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching to improve performance, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, engineering, and banquets, to ensure seamless guest service and efficient hotel operations.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Education: College degree in Hotel Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language: Must speak, read, and understand English.
