Mondelez International, the world leader in snacking, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Retail Merchandisers. As an ambassador of iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products are prominently displayed and readily available for consumers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal product visibility by stocking shelves and constructing engaging displays according to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to implement merchandising strategies and ensure consistent execution across retail locations.
  • Adhere to established route plans, optimizing efficiency in delivering exceptional in-store service.
  • Contribute to seasonal promotions and new product launches by creating eye-catching displays that drive consumer engagement.
  • Represent Mondelez International with a professional and positive demeanor, fostering strong relationships with retail partners.

Who We Seek:

  • Individuals who are passionate about the snacking industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reliable individuals with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel between retail locations (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly compensation of $17.00 per hour based on experience.
  • 401 Savings Plan (Effective September 2024).
  • Work-related mileage reimbursement.
