We are in search of a dedicated Assistant Retail Operations Manager to assist in the management and organization of our retail outlets. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the sales team achieves its targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess retail management expertise coupled with a strong business acumen. Additionally, you should be adept at organizing tasks and resolving issues. Strong interpersonal and mediation skills are essential, as you will frequently serve as a bridge between management, staff, and customers. Set the standard for excellence in the store and inspire your team to realize their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve store and individual goals monthly while supporting team members in reaching their personal objectives.

• Consistently model professional behavior for the team.

• Assess individual team member productivity and overall team effectiveness, fostering professional growth.

• Identify training needs through employee performance evaluations.

• Maintain and enhance existing systems and processes to streamline operations.

• Oversee inventory management and reconciliation.

• Ensure effective communication with corporate to facilitate smooth operations.

• Exhibit flexibility in taking on additional responsibilities as business needs arise.

• Adhere to all established policies and procedures, holding your team accountable to the same standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales performance.

• Minimum of 2 years in a retail management or leadership role.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines among all employees.

• Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

• Maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and colleagues.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Strong follow-through skills.

• Excellent at building rapport with customers.
