  • Team Leadership:

    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform inventory decisions.
